Creating an addition to this 1955 Phillip Tramell Schutze bank presented a unique design challenge.  Great care was taken to duplicate the original fenestration -- the brick and mortar color and the cornice lines of the Shutze façade.  On the addition, the façade and roof lines are manipulated to accentuate the beauty of the 1950's bank while still defining the new wing. Thus, the original façade continues to work as a strong design statement on the main street.
